Summary More than thirty people were hunting fish in River Chenab.
MUZAFFARABAD (Dunya News) – 3 people, who had travelled from Lahore to Muzzafarabad, were drowned and subsequently killed in River Chenab on Monday, reported Dunya News.
4 people had drowned while fishing in River Chenab. Locals managed to pull out 3 persons yet one of the drowned could not be saved. All the persons that had drowned in the river belonged to Town Ship, Lahore.
According to sources, more than thirty people were hunting fish and a bet was placed on who would catch the biggest game. The dead bodies have been handed over to the companions after police conducted preliminary investigations in Rangpur Police Station.
