Summary $178 mn have been provided by ADB while $92 mn have been loaned out by British government

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Asian Development Bank (ADB) and British government have agreed to provide a loan of $270 million for the construction of motorway between Faisalabad and Multan, reported Dunya News on Thursday.

In a statement issued by the Asian Development Bank, it is stated that 178 million dollars had been provided by ADB while 92 million dollars had been loaned out by the British government for the project. The motorway M-4 extends from Gojran to Shorkot. Bank officials say that the construction of motorways in Pakistan will improve the logistics system which will save time and money.
