ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Supreme Court (SC) of Pakistan on Tuesday has rejected appeal against death sentence of criminal who killed at least five army soldiers.

Chief Justice (CJ) Anwar Zaheer Jamali headed a three-member bench that held hearing of the appeal. Constable Saeed Khan had gunned down as many as five soldiers in tribal area during his duty hours.

The criminal was sentenced to punishment by death after court-martial.
