Karachi: RAW agents' financer turns out to be KMC inspector
The suspect reportedly facilitated border crossing of Indian intelligence agent only recently
KARACHI (Dunya News) – The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) on Tuesday arrested one Adil Ansari on suspicion of financing RAW agents turned out to be KMC inspector, Dunya News reported.
According to details, the CTD police arrested Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) Inspector Adil Ansari for providing financial assistance to RAW agents.
Ansari was arrested from Lakhnau Society area during a raid and as per the CTD officials, suspect used to provide financially assist the RAW agents to facilitate their trips to India.
The suspect reportedly facilitated border crossing of Indian intelligence agent only recently. Ansari was taken into custody after information about him was retrieved from an arrested agent during interrogation.
