LAHORE (Dunya News) – Suspects accused in Youhanabad lynching case of two youngsters will be indicted on October 5 by a special anti-terrorism court (ATC).
During the hearing, investigating officer presented the suspect Yousaf Maseeh alongwith others before the court.
Defense lawyer told the court that final challan and power of attorney against all the suspects have already been submitted.
The judge stated that the suspects will be indicted on the next hearing and directed to present them on October 5.
