Summary PTI chief wants anarchy in the country instead of electoral process, he alleged

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Pervaiz Rashid on Sunday said election will turn into wrestling if Imran Khan doesn’t accept the code of conduct, Dunya News reported.

Responding to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan’s presser earlier today, Pervaiz Rashid alleged that Khan wants anarchy in the country.

The federal minister said that PTI chief wants anarchy in the country instead of electoral process, adding that it is everyone’s responsibility to follow the code of conduct.

He said Imran Khan wants himself to be facilitated while tying others hands. There might as well be no election if this will be the case, he added.

Pervaiz Rashid said Imran Khan ran election campaign in local body elections and cantonment board elections too where the Prime Minister and other ministers never participated.

He responded to PTI chief’s objection by saying that Prime Minister had promised farmers’ package during the budget session, adding that PM Nawaz does his homework well before talking.

The farmers’ package was already being worked on, he said, adding that PM’s package for farmers is for whole country. “Even for Bani Gala if any agricultural activity takes place there”, he taunted.
