ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – District administration in Islamabad has launched a crackdown against illicit cattle market in Islamabad’s sector 11 and apprehended as many as 45 dealers over violating section 144.

Enraged cattle dealers protested and scuffled with administration officials, after which the local government closed the entire sector by placing containers, creating problems for residents.

The dealers are still taking animals to cattle market despite strict orders from government.
