ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Additional session judge Ata Rabbani on Tuesday has excused himself from hearing Ghazi murder case which was filed against former president Pervez Musharraf.
Justice Ata excused from hearing the case due to personal reasons after which the case was sent back to session judge for further procedure.
Earlier, acting session judge Kamran Basharat also refrained himself from hearing Musharraf’s case.
