Summary Dar met delegate representing doctors in Islamabad
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – A delegate of Joint Action Committee of Islamabad’s hospitals met Federal Minister for Finance Ishaq Dar on Saturday where he assured restoration of health risk allowance for the doctors, Dunya News reported.
According to details, the federal minister heard the demands of protesting doctors in a meeting that took place in the federal capital. Dar told the doctors that a recommendation has been sought on the matter from the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Capital Administration and Development (CAD).
He said every effort will be made to fully resolve the issue. In the meeting, Member National Assembly (MNA) Tariq Fazal Chaudhry, Secretary CAD and Chairman Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) were also present whereas doctors’ Joint Action Committee was represented by Dr Sajjad Janjua, Dr Sartaj Ali Khan, Riaz Gujjar and Raja Muhammad Ilyas.
