Summary 14 beggars were sent to Raiwind Home while 15 have been transferred to Edhi Home.
LAHORE (Dunya News) -- Lahore district government conducted a crackdown in different areas of the city and arrested 29 beggars on Wednesday, reported Dunya News.
In Lahore, crackdown has begun on beggars as district administration took action against beggards on Mall Road, Anarkali, Ravi Road, Lari Adda, Sadr, Mozang, Lahore, begging Wall, Akbar Chowk, Kot Lakhpat, Ghazi Road and College Road.
29 beggars were detained including 23 men, 2 women and 4 transgender persons. 14 beggars were sent to Raiwind Home while 15 have been transferred to Edhi Home.
