Summary LHC summoned reply from federal secretary of petroleum on September 17.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Lahore High Court (LHC) on Tuesday has restored Managing Director of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Arif Hameed on his post, Dunya News reported.
Earlier, petroleum ministry removed Arif Hameed from his post due to which the MD approached the court for justice. After hearing the arguments, the court reappointed Arif as SNGPL MD and summoned reply from federal secretary of petroleum on September 17.
