7 killed, 25 injured in suicidal attack near KP's Info Ministers residence

Pabbi, Nowshehra: A suicidal blast occurred near the residence of Khyber Pakhtonkhwahs information minister Mian Iftikhar Hussain. MS Pabbi Hospital Dr Akbarhas confirmed 7 deaths while 25 are seriously injured. Security forces cordoned off the area after the blast, while the rescue teams have started relief activities.Several people had gathered at Mian Iftikhar's residence to offer condolences at the murder of his son. On the evening of 24th July, Saturday, the only son of Mian Iftikhar Hussein, Mian Rashid Hussein was shot dead by some unknown gunmen in his native town Pabbi on Saturday evening. Mian Rashid Hussein and his cousin Mian Amjad Hussein, alias Jadoon had gone out for a walk along the railway track when near Mohallah Khan Sher Ghari two unknown men riding on a motorcycle opened fire resulting in the death of Mian Rashid Hussein on the spot while his cousin Mian Amjad Hussein son of Mian Shafiullah received serious injuries.
