Rehman warns strict action against Karachi killers

Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik has categorically stated that targeted killings would not be tolerated in Karachi anymore, and vowed to foil the evil designs of the terrorists. Talking to media after paying his condolence to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Minister Iftikhar Hussain on his sons killing at his residence in Pabbi on Monday, Rehman claimed that no killing incident has been reported since Sunday, the day he ordered the Rangers to take strict action against the killers in Karachi. He pledged to continue war against terror, and added that Faisal Shahzad was an American citizen and not a Pakistani. He said that stringent action would be taken against outlawed religious outfits.
