Summary Relatives of the person who had shot a Kabaddi player before committing suicide protested
FAISALABAD: (Dunya News) – Relatives of the person who committed suicide after shooting a female Kabaddi player on Tuesday protested outside Allied Hospital, Faisalabad, saying that the man was killed by the relatives of the Kabaddi player, reported Dunya News.
With their faces covered and sticks in hands, enraged protesters protested outside Allied Hospital and stopped chingchi rikshaws, cars and motorbikes to vent out their anger. Females were also seen carrying placards in the protest. One of the boys, with his face covered, brought sticks as well but was held back by others.
A man named Imran had shot a female Kabaddi player Saba Sultana in Nishatabad Police Station premises a few days back on a laptop dispute after breaking into her house. Imran had shot himself after shooting Saba. He died today in the morning.
The protesters said that he was shot by the relatives of Saba Sultana. Police registered a case against Saba Sultana, her brother and father, after which the protesters called off their protests.
