Summary Court has directed DJ Butt to submit bail bond worth Rs100,000.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Magistrate Waqas Rasheed on Monday approved the pre-arrest bail of Asif Nazar alias DJ Butt in a case pertaining to the violations of section 144 and ban on the use of loudspeakers in the capital.
Earlier, DJ Butt appeared before court and assured that he will appear in every proceeding from now onwards.
Meanwhile, the court accepted his bail plea and directed him to deposit Rs100,000 bail bond and present names of two guarantors.
The case hearing has been adjourned till September 3.
It maybe mentioned here that a case was registered against the accused at the Secretariat Police Station in Islamabad on different charges including violation of Section 144 and amplifier act.
