ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Federal Investigation Agency’s (FIA) explosives experts on Friday have sent Attock attack’s report to joint investigation team (JIT) claiming that such kind of explosives were never used before in Pakistan.

Sources said that FIA’s explosives expert, Assistant Director Shahzad Ahmed has dispatched the attack’s report to the JIT probing the terror act. The report points out Attock act of terror as the first ever in Pakistan which had less ball bearings and more explosives.

The FIA’s experts have stated in the report that at least 12 kilogram (Kg0 to 15 Kg explosive material was used in the attack. The blast’s intensity collapsed the building.

The JIT would include FIA’s report in record to finalise a challan in the case.
