KARACHI (Dunya News) – The police on Thursday demolished a facility thought to be an office run by Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) operatives at Manghu Pir area of Karachi while taking 25 suspects into custody, Dunya News reported.
According to details, the police carried out a search operation at Manghu Pir area upon a tip off from an intelligence agency. They demolished the building that operated as TTP ‘office’ and recovered arms, Jihadist literature and laptops.
There was also a brief crossfire and as a result, the police successfully arrested 25 suspects. The police said the office was being used by Abid Chhotu and operatives of outlawed TTP.
