India continues unprovoked firing across LoC despite DHC's summoning 6 times

Summary A civilian woman was killed, 4 were injured in fresh LoC violations

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – A woman died after India continued unprovoked firing across Nakial Sector despite summoning of Indian Deputy High Commissioner, Dunya News reported.

Meanwhile, Foreign Office also summoned Afghan ambassador over border violations and provocative statements.

The Deputy High Commissioner was summoned to the Foreign Office for the sixth time and Pakistan recorded its protest against the unprovoked firing.

According to details, Indian forces opened unprovoked firing along Janarud, Nakial and Karela sectors that resulted in killing of a civilian and injury of four people.

Pakistan has expressed severe concerns while officially recording its protest. India has violated LoC over 70 times in the past three months.
