Fazal says not taken into confidence on COAS extension

Chief of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Maulana Fazalur Rehman has said that he has not been taken into confident prior to the announcement of service extension of the Chief of Army Staff Ashfaq Pervaiz Kayani. Fazal said that it was an administrative decision and there was no need to announce it. He, however, hailed the professional capabilities of the COAS.
