ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan’s wife, Reham Khan on Tuesday has stated that the couple has common vision for the country and wishes to see it prosper.
She expressed these views in her tweets to clarify her stand on candidacy.
She stated that she believes in PTI’s cause and her husband has devoted his life to it. She does not see what elected people have done for the country, she added. Reham stated that she would rather carry on PTI’s vision through charitable work and helping the poor without bearing a politician’s tag.
She denounced the flak she is getting after PTI’s defeat in NA-19 constituency. She said that she had been in position of choosing candidacy or rejecting it long before her marriage with PTI chief. Her decision as far as politics is concerned has always been the same, she added.
