India declines to talk on Nimoo-Bazgo power plant

India declined to talk on Nimoo-Bazgo hydroelectric plant, saying that the issue has not been included in the negotiation agenda on Thursday. Talking to media after the meeting with his Indian counterpart, Pakistan s Indus Water Commissioner Jamaat Ali Shah said that Nimoo Bazgo power plant was taken up during the last two meetings of the two water commissioners. He said that the meeting is meant to resolve the issues amicably, and added that Pakistan is waiting for the replies from India on the said issues. He, however, termed todays talks as meaningful.
