Summary Justice Mamoon excused from hearing the case due to personal reasons.
LONDON (Dunya News) – Justice of Lahore High Court (LHC) Mamoon-ur-Rasheed has excused himself from hearing increased surcharge on electricity bills, Dunya News reported on Thursday.
As per details, petitioner’s counsel stated that 50 percent increased taxes on electricity tariff would create difficulties for the people. He said that government can’t impose further tax without the consent of authorities.
