PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – Former captain of Sri Lankan team Sanath Jayasuriya visited Corps Headquarters Peshawar and visited Army Public School (APS) Peshawar. He met with Corps Commander Peshawar and laid wreath on Yaadgar-e-Shuhada, reported Dunya News.
Master blaster batsman Sanath Jasauriya met with Lieutenant General Hidayat-ur-Rehman and expressed deep sorrow at the attack on APS Peshawar. He also expressed solidarity with bereaved parents.
Jayasuriya also laid wreath on Yadgaar-e-Shuhada and met with students of the school. He paid rich tribute to sacrifices of students and praised the courage and resilience of survivors.
Sanath Jayasuriya said that people of Pakistan are very good by nature.
