Summary PTI accepted inquiry report in letter only, not in spirit, says PML-N leader Tallal Choudry
ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) – Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) leader Tallal Choudry has on Friday said that PML-N cannot provide face-saving to Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf every time. He said that the PTI accepted the inquiry commission’s report in letter only, not spirit. He said that that Chairman PTI Imran Khan has now demanded yet another commission. “We can’t provide them with face-saving all the time” he said, reported Dunya News.
Talking to media today outside the Parliament House, Tallal Choudry said that Imran Khan ‘deliberately’ started issuing anti-judiciary statements after the inquiry commission report. “Imran Khan first adored former Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry and former Chairman Election Commission Fakhruddin J. Ibrahim. Everyone knows what he did to both of them afterwards”, said Tallal.
Tallal Choudry said that the letter written against the Returning Officers (RO) clearly shows that Imran Khan is leading a campaign against the judiciary. “PTI is already in tatters. We don’t want to embarrass Imran Khan on daily basis. But PML-N can’t provide him face-saving all the time”, he said.
