Karachi: FIA takes more than 10,000 'china-cutting' files into custody
The FIA is determined to uncover all corruption in the land department.
KARACHI (Web Desk) – Expediting action against those involved in china-cutting scandal, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has taken more than 10,000 relevant files into custody, sources told Dunya News.
Sources further revealed that Karachi Development Authority (KDA) officials used to demand amount as per size of the plot.
The FIA is probing the scam and will soon interrogate KDA, KBCA, builders and officials of concerned departments, sources told.
An FIA officer said that the names of top officials are also among those were involved in this corruption at the behest of political parties.
