LAHORE: (Dunya News) – DJ Butt was a star of the 126-day Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) sit-in at the D-Chowk of Islamabad. His sound system remained the strength of the sit-in as his brilliant fillers during PTI leaders’ speeches kept the crowd at their feet. However, PTI still owes the star DJ a sum of Rs. 80 million and he is considering moving to court against PTI. PTI leader Naeemul Haque on the other hand has invited DJ Butt to Islamabad and assured him of a settlement, reported Dunya News.

Talking to media, DJ Butt told that bill for his services during the sit-in was around Rs. 140 million. But PTI, he said, got a discount of 20% and promised to pay Rs. 120 million. However, Butt was paid Rs. 60 million only and still PTI still owes him a sum of Rs. 60 million.

“It’s been several months now but my dues have not yet been paid and now I am forced to take legal action. I will have to move to court if PTI doesn’t pay me”, he warned.

On the other hand, PTI leader Naeemul Haque has contacted DJ Butt and has invited him to Islamabad with assurance of a settlement.
