Chief of the Army Staff General Ashfaq Pervez Kayani has reached back to Pakistan after completing a five day official tour to Australia.According to a statement issued by ISPR, COAS called on on Australian defense officials including Air Chief Marshal Allan Grant (Angus) Housten, Chief of the Defense Forces, Ian Watt, Secretary Defense and various other military officials and discussed with them matters of professional interest.The COAS also called on Defense Minister of Australia John Faulkner and discussed matters of mutual interest. Earlier, he laid a wreath at the Australian Army War Memorial.
