Lawyers observe black day over Daska incident in Lahore
Lawyers stated that they will continue to mourn Daska tragedy on every Monday.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Lawyers in Lahore are observing black day over the Daska incident who claimed lives of as many as two lawyers during a clash with police, Dunya News reported on Monday.
As per details, Lawyers on the appeal of Pakistan Bar Council have boycotted judicial activities and hoisted black flags on the courtrooms. The protesting lawyers stated that they will continue to mourn Daska tragedy on every Monday until the security personnel nab the culprits.
It is pertinent to mention here that the lawyers withdrew the decision of boycotting the courts after getting satisfied over the implementation of their demands related to timely submission of challan and daily hearing of the case.
