Lahore High Court Chief Justice Friday adjourned the hearing of a sou moto case of Data Darbar attack till July 23. During the hearing, the CCPO submitted initial investigation report in the court, and told the court that, initial investigations of the incident are continued and soon the developments will be disclosed,.During the hearing, the Chief Justice LHC has directed the concerned authorities to brief the court about the investigations in next hearing.The former MPA Khwaja Riaz said that the visitors are facing problems as only one gate of the shrine opened for them.Nothing could be done in this regard as it was closed for security concerns, remarked the court in reply. Fear gripped the city on Thursday night after twin blasts in the space of a few minutes at Data Darbar left 43 people dead and more than 175 injured. The blasts occurred hours after the Punjab government decided to crack down on banned militant outfits operating in Lahore and south Punjab. So far, around 223 people, including a number of women and children, died in terrorism-related incidents in Lahore.
