Lower Dir: 2 blasts at cantonment gate, 13 officials injured

As many as 13 officials were injured when a car suicide bomber struck the Blambut Army Cantonment gate in Lower Dir; where as the attacker managed to escape upon retaliation.According to police and sources the suicide attacker was taking the explosive laden car inside the cantonment when security officials opened fire at him on the main gate, due to which he then blew himself up and a two way firing was then initiated. The opolice fficials who got injured and were shifted to District Headquarter Hospital Temargrah include Sabir Ullah, Sharafat Ali and Waris Ali. Police have started a search operation after this incident; where as security forces have done shelling in some suspected areas.
