Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani has said that terrorism is the biggest problem facing the country, adding that the whole nation is united against this menace. Talking to media at Ganga Ram Hospital Lahore, the PM said that no political party could combat terrorism and extremism solely, however added that the blame game would be of no avail. He said the federal government jointly with all the provinces would foil the nasty designs of the terrorists. He told media that a joint meeting has been convened of all the security and law enforcement agencies to chart out measures to foil terrorists designs and elimination of terrorism. He assured all-out support to the Punjab government against extremists attacks. He maintained that personal issues be not dragged while sorting out national crises. Replying to a question, the PM said that he respected both Nawaz Sharif and the parliament and added that the demand of requisition of a parliamentary session would be implemented soon. Terrorists are targeting the cities now, said Gilani.
