The Supreme Court ordered the intelligence agency to submit its reply with an affidavit in the court on the abduction of Jeay Sindh Quami Mahaz (JSQM) leader Akash Malah on Friday. Akash went missing from Hyderabad on October, 2009; his relatives alleged that he was abducted by Police Inspector Shahjahan in connivance of the intelligence agencies. Karachi Registry of Supreme Court was hearing a petition against the alleged arrest of JSQM leader, Akash Malah, by the law enforcement agencies (LEAs) on October 30, last year from the Bhitai Nagar area, Hyderabad.During the hearing, the agency official told the court that neither the agency abducted him nor an Inspector namely Shahjahan is recruited in the department. The court ordered the agency to submit its reply within a week.
