ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday has issued a restraining order against police group’s promotion, Dunya News reported.
Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui heard the petition filed by the Deputy Commandant of Frontier Constabulary Ghani-ur-Rehman during which the plaintiff told the court that the administration has ranked the officers involved in weapon scandal.
The claimant further pleaded to annul the decision of selection board over which the court issued notices to the parties for further proceedings and adjourned the hearing for indefinite time.
