PU students protest for not getting laptops in CM's scheme

The students leveled allegations of providing laptops to students who are below the merit

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Punjab University (PU) students on Tuesday have protested outside Vice Chancellor’s (VC) office for not getting laptops under Chief Minister (CM) Shahbaz Sharif’s laptop scheme.

The students raised slogans against the administration. The students held placards and banners. M.Com students said that they match the merit set by the government and are also registered for the laptops but the government is delaying the matter.

The students also leveled allegations of providing laptops to certain students who are below the merit and do not meet the criteria.
