Lahore court summons Ahmad Butt on May 15 in Humaira Arshad divorce case
The singer further urged the court to issue divorce decree.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Family court of Lahore on Monday has summoned Ahmad Butt, husband of singer Humaira Arshad, on May 15, Dunya News reported.
As per details, the hearing of the case was held at family court in Lahore in which singer Humaira Arshad demanded separation from his husband as he used to torture her and urged the court to issue divorce decree.
Subsequently, the court adjourned the hearing while summoning Ahmad Butt on May 15.
Earlier, singer Humaira Arshad approached the court for divorce. She has said that she cannot take any more alleged torture from her husband, reported Dunya News.
Renowned singer Humaira Arshad has taken a final decision to split up from her husband. She has filed an application in family court in Lahore through her lawyer, after the actress decided to part ways with herhusband.
In her application she has taken the stance that her husband routinely tortures her and quarrels ensue on every little matter. She has also claimed that her husband does not pay heed to his responsibilities.
