Federal Law Minister Babar Awan said on that democracy could not flourish without the participation of lawyers and the masses. He regretted that some people wanted to stop lawyers grants and said he would request them there were so many other works to do such as elimination of terrorism, suicides and poverty.Babar said that government would not allow anyone to tear up Charter of Democracy (CoD) adding that to look who are talking about revolution, who live in 300 acres hilly houses and still talk of revolution.
