Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah said that cases against the fake degree holders should be filed in the election commission, and added that a new dispute would be erupted if the Punjab government do this. Talking to media outside Punjab Assembly on Friday, Rana said degrees are not necessary to serve the public, adding that nor the PhD degree would render wisdom to the degree holder. Terming the condition of a BA degree for contesting polls wrong, Rana said it is against the basic human rights. He said the government could not interpret the Supreme Courts rulings, as it should be done by Election Commission.
