ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Former president Asif Ali Zardari on Wednesday said that Saudi Arabia has supported Pakistan in every difficult time, adding that Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) stands in solidarity with Saudi Arabia in Yemen conflict, Dunya News reported.
According to details, Zardari visited Saudi embassy and expressed condolences over demise of Saudi king Shah Abdullah. He also wrote a condolence message in the guestbook placed at the embassy.
Talking to the Saudi ambassador, former president said that Saudi Arabia has supported Pakistan in all the tough times and PPP stands in solidarity with Saudi Arabia.
He said Saudi Arabia’s security is of utmost importance for everyone, adding that Organization of Islamic Countries (OIC) should play an active role over Yemen conflict.
