Quaid's residency attack case: ATC declares 16 suspects fugitive

QUETTA (Dunya News) – An anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Quetta has declared 16 suspects of Quaid-e-Azam residency attack case as fugitive today (Wednesday), Dunya News reported.

According to details,the hearing was headed by Judge Nauroz Khan in which the statement of investigating officer was recorded.

The court ordered to advertise the names of the suspects in three newspapers.

The suspects include Heer Biar Murree, Haleem Murree, Dar Muhammad Murree, Jamal Shah, Geo Murree, Abdul Pukar, Aslam alias Achu, Saifullah alias Saifu, Bairak, Rehman Gull, Abdul Sattar Murree, Ganbu Murree, Jabal Murree, Taio Murree, Umar Mannu and Baju Murree.

The hearing of the case is adjourned till April 27.

Quaid-e-Azam’s residency was damaged by explosives and was set ablaze on June 15, 2013 whereas one police official was also killed.
