LAHORE (Dunya News) – A special Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Friday has sent former state minister’s son, Mustafa Kanju on a 14-day remand in the Zain murder case.
According to the details, Kanju was presented before the ATC today in the case of allegedly killing a 15-year-old student Zain in Cavalry Ground.
The ATC granted Kanju’s custody to the police for 14 days to complete the interrogation and ordered the authorities to finalise the report of the case.
Earlier, Kanju was allegedly drunk driving when he opened fire in Cavalry Ground area after entering a brawl with a woman driver. A passerby, Zain was shot dead as the result of the firing.
