KARACHI (Dunya News) – 2 terrorists described as members of a banned organization were killed on Saturday during a clash with police in Northern By-pass area of Karachi. The terrorists were killed during an exchange of fire with the police in Rayis Goth area of Northern By-pass. According to the police the commander of a banned organization was also among the killed.
Explosive material and ammunition was found from the killed terrorists. Police stated that the killed terrorists were involved in sabotage activities and attacks on police.
In a separate incident, police conducted a search operation in Pirabad Frontier Colony area. The entrance and exit to the area was blocked and search was conducted. According to the Superintendent of Police (SP) Orangi Town, 4 foreigners were arrested along with 5 other suspects during the search operation.1 Kalashnikov and a pistol were found from the suspects.
