KARACHI (Dunya News) – Sindh Chief Minister (CM) Qaim Ali Shah on Tuesday has inaugurated the Inter-City Bus Service.
The Inter-City Bus Service is a joint venture by Korean automaker Daewoo and the Sindh government.
A ceremony was held at the CM House which was attended by Korean ambassador, provincial minister for Transport along with other high-ranked officials.
In the first phase, at least 100 buses will be made functional on inter-city routes.
It is pertinent to mention that it is the first time that a bus service by public and private sectors combined has been initiated.
