KARACHI (Web Desk) – At least five suspected terrorists were killed and two Rangers personnel got injured during clash in Keamari area of Karachi on Wednesday morning, Dunya News reported.
As per details, Rangers men faced armed resistance as they entered Tapu area. Terrorists opened heavy firing and threw hand grenade, injuring two Rangers personnel.
In retaliation, five suspected terrorists belonging to Ilyas Kashmiri Group were killed. Heavy weapons including four rifles, two TT pistols and a grenade was recovered from the scene.
On the other hand, two injured suspected robbers were arrested after exchange of fire in Landhi area while another two criminals were detained by police near Clifton Boat Basin.
Separately, a person was shot dead in Lyari’s Afshani Galli.
