Summary He said that the status of people sitting in the parliament meeting is nothing more than a puppet.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Chief Altaf Hussain has said that some members were called in the Parliament under the guise of Yemen conflict as their participation in the session was unconstitutional, Dunya News reported on Monday.
During an interview Altaf Hussain said that he himself will reach Saudi Arabia if its security faces any sort of threat.
He said that the status of people sitting in the parliament meeting is nothing more than a puppet.
He criticized the parliament meeting and stated that the discussion in the meeting was useless as only one point was debated that Saudi Arabia will be defended in any case.
He said that no damage has been done to Saudi Arabia in the war as major life loss has only been reported in Yemen.
While talking about the security situation of Pakistan he said that no foreign army backed Pakistan in Zarb-e-Azb neither anyone came for help after the Army Public School attack.
Altaf Hussain severely targeted the PTI leadership and said that today’s parliament meeting was entirely invalid as any member who remains absent from the parliament for as many as 40 days is ineligible to attend a session.
He said that PTI has resigned from the parliament therefore it has to contest again for its seats.
Altaf Hussain also condemned the action of speaker Ayaz Sadiq and questioned him that how can he continue the meeting in the presence of non-members of parliament and then adjourned the session without any reason.
