Summary Ahsan will board the Navy ship with 39 other Pakistani compatriots.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – A stranded Pakistani in Yemen, Ahsan Tehseen, who was left there on the matter of money dispute was able to get his name enter into the evacuees list today (Sunday), Dunya News reported.
According to details, his documents were held by the embassy on which he appealed Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif for help through Dunya News as a result of which PM took notice and ordered to enter his name in the list which will board the Navy ship.
According to crisis management cell, the authorities have contacted Ahsan and his name has been included in the evacuees list whereas 39 Pakistanis are said to board the ship from Hodeidha.
Besides this the management has directed the other trapped Pakistanis, who do not have any documents, to contact the management so that they can be issued travel documents.
Moreover, the management also stated that if anyone had to pay fine to Yemen government, the Pakistani authorities will arrange the amount for them.
Earlier, the ambassador handed Ahsan over to the Yemen authorities when he reached the airport to leave for Pakistan on special evacuation flight. After learning about the news, Ahsan’s family contacted Ambassador Yousaf to inquire about the matter upon which he reportedly threatened them.
However, Dunya News also tried to contact the ambassador but he repeatedly refused to talk.
