Zain murder case: Mustafa admits to resort aerial firing only
Mustafa asserted that Zain received gun shots accidentally.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Key suspect of Zain murder case and a son of former minister Mustafa Kanju has confessed to accidentally killing a 16-year-old Lahore citizen, Dunya News reported on Sunday.
As per details, the accused said that he resorted to aerial firing only and did not intend to kill anyone.
Mustafa asserted that Zain received gun shots accidentally.
Mustafa Kanju was sent on an eight-day physical remand after the hearing of Zain murder case at Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC).
On the other hand, police officer stated that the suspect was intoxicated when he opened firing whereas Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Ayaz Saleem revealed that Mustafa has not yet admitted his crime however, the police is waiting for forensic and post mortem reports.
