Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik Tuesday hinted at involvement of some foreign elements in the Karachi unrest, saying that an international conspiracy is on against Pakistan. Referring to the Karachi situation in Senate, Rehman said that different measures are being adopted in Karachi terror incidents to destabilize Pakistan under some international conspiracy. He told the Senate that after failing to trigger lingual riots in Karachi, the terrorists are resorting to ethnic violence. He said that operation would be conducted wherever the governments writ is challenged. In Lyari, two rival groups are trying to dent Karachi peace by resorting to killings.
