ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Foreign Office spokesperson Tasnim Aslam on Saturday lashed out at Pakistanis stranded in Yemen saying they were issued an advisory in February by the Pakistan Embassy asking to evacuate and they didn’t do that on time.

Talking exclusively to Dunya News, Ms Aslam said that the Embassy in Yemen issued an advisory warning Pakistanis of the ongoing issues and they chose to ignore it.

She said the roads and airports in Yemen are dysfunctional and the staff at the embassy is risking their own lives to help Pakistanis and yet, she said, they aren’t stopping complains.
