Summary Bill Gates admired the determination of Khan and Pakistan government to eradicate polio.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Microsoft owner Bill Gates wrote a letter to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan and paid him tribute over his interest into the anti-polio campaign, Dunya News reported on Wednesday.
In the letter, Bill Gates admired the determination of Khan to eradicate polio and stated that Khan’s direct interest in the campaign will help in eliminating polio from FATA and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK).
Furthermore, the letter from Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation also stated that the working of Pakistan Army, Federal government and KPK government together for the ‘Sehat ka Ittehad’ campaign is motivating.
