ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) — Shahid Orakzai on Wednesday has challenged appointment of Abdul Ghafoor Haidri as Senate Deputy Chairman in the Supreme Court (SC) of Pakistan.
Attorney General and Secretary Senate are made parties in the petition.
According to the petition, federal Interior Minister Ishaq Dar was made the presiding officer for the Senate Deputy Chairman election whereas it is against the rules.
